WHP

Our Company in collaboration with Brescia ATS began in 2021 a path of health promotion named WHP (Work Health promotion).

Over the past few years the following activities were carried out:

–         Competent Doctor minimal advice during medical visits and analysis of the results;

–         Proposal of 30% of low-cal products from the automatic dispensers;

–         Weekly free supply of fresh fruit;

–         Installation of dispensers for the free supply of fresh and potable water to all employees;

–         Policy against additive behaviors (under implementation);

–        Training by experts to system roles to fight additive behaviors;

–        Visual communication to inform employees about benefits of healthy eating and physical activity (stairs use).

Our Company aims to raise awareness on all their employees informing about the benefits from proper physical activity and mobility both at work and in private life.

Moreover Montecolino S.p.A. chose to promote the initiative of BAM 2024 – Brescia Art Marathon which took place on March 10^th 2024 in Brescia and we’ll foster also BAM 2025 which will be held on March 10^th 2025.
