The race up the mountain Proai Gölem, the eco marathon Keep Clean and Run for Peace, the Plogging championship in support of young bikers are all events that promote sporting spirit values, respect for nature and solidarity, Our commitment spreads culture at every level and we encourage social inclusion sponsoring the festival “Circonomia” precisely focused on circular economy and the photography project “NOI, QUI”.

We started a path of promoting health with ATS Brescia, it’s called WHP and its purpose is to improve employees wellness. Among the initiatives there are: medical advices, low-cal products, fresh fruit distributions and training against additive behaviors . Moreover our company supports the sport event BAM 2024 – Brescia Art Marathon.
In 2022 Montecolino analyzed their environmental impact through external advisors, embracing improvement actions for the products, the process and the supply chain. The project has been certified by Bureau Veritas.
Montecolino is party of “NET ZERO CARBON EVENT” with the goal to create zero impact events within 2050.

Montecolino has implemented the Model of Organization, Management and Control to guarantee fairness and transparency, preventing crimes and promoting business ethics. Since 2018 we run System 231 for Administrative Responsibility Management to safeguard the company and all its employees. In 2022 the model has been updated to comply to new laws.

Montecolino aims for sustainability with photovoltaic systems, technologies to reduce energy consumption, and a monitoring system. They also install collection tanks to prevent contamination, bat boxes, and birdhouses. They offer meal vouchers and gym discounts to employees.
